Venison Peppered Jerky

Venison Peppered Jerky starts with hand selected premium cuts of venison top round. We season the venison cuts with Steve Francis' own blend of spices and marinate them for 24 hours before getting rolled in gourmet cracked peppercorns. The pieces are then smoked with natural hardwoods for several hours and finished to a moist and tender peppery treat.
