Our Elk Salami starts with lean cuts of premium farm raised elk, seasoned with our homemade blend of spices then slow smoked until perfectly cooked. The rich elk flavor, complex spice and smoke make for a delicious  combination.

Ingredients: elk, pork, salt, sugar, spices, garlic powder, natural smoke, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Smoked with natural hardwoods.
