Beef Jalapeno Cheese Salami kicks our Cheddar Cheese Salami up a notch! We start with hand-selected cuts of beef and season them with our famous blend of spices. We add premium jalapeno cheese for that signature "kick" before casing. Our salamis are then hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers and smoked to perfection. Each package weighs 1.20 - 1.40 lbs.

Ingredients: beef, pork, pasteurized processed cheese [(cultured milk, water, skim milk, whey, jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, cream, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and natamycin (preservatives)], salt, sugar, spices, garlic powder, natural smoke, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Smoked with natural hardwoods.
