Our Venison Jalapeno Cheese Salami is made using premium cuts of farm raised venison, seasoned with our house blend of spices, mixed with gourmet jalapeno cheese and slow smoked to perfection. Smooth, savory and with just the right amount of heat. 

Ingredients: venison, pork, pasteurized processed cheese [cheddar cheese (cultured milk, water, skim milk, whey, jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, cream, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and natamycin (preservatives)], salt, sugar, spices, garlic powder, natural smoke, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Naturally smoked.
