Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Salt, Thuringer Seasoning (salt, dextrose, mustard, and other spices with not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate and vegetable oil added as processing aids), Spice, Sugar, ground ghost pepper, Sodium Nitrite, Garlic. Stuffed into beef collagen casing, Smoked
