Our Buffalo Jalapeño Cheese Snack Stix are hand crafted from select cuts of premium buffalo, the meat blended with our signature spice recipe, then mixed with gourmet jalapeno cheese. The Snack Stix are then slow smoked over natural hardwoods for a rich blend of smoky and spicy buffalo with a stratifying mild heat.

Ingredients:  Buffalo, Pork, Beef, Pepper Jack Cheese (cultured milk, water, cream, skim milk, sodium phosphates, whey, green and red jalapeno peppers, salt, casein, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (preservative)), Salt, salt, dextrose, mustard (5.5%), and other spices with not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate and vegetable oil added as processing aids, Spice, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Nitrite, Garlic, Stuffed into beef collagen casing, Smoked.
