Our Smoked Chicken Kielbasa is a popular chicken alternative to our regular Smoked Kielbasa, made with fresh chicken breasts and thighs, seasoned with old-world kielbasa spices. Coarse ground to include chunks of chicken, this kielbasa is very lean and a healthy choice. It is smoked for several hours over natural hardwood embers, offering a rich, savory flavor. Enjoy it cold with crackers and cheese or heated as a dinner entrée.
