Venison Jalapeno Cheese Snack Stix start with hand-selected cuts of farm raised fresh venison meat. We season the meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices and toss it with cubes of premium jalapeno cheese. Finally, the Snack Stix are carefully hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for hours until cooked to Steve's liking.

Stuffed into beef collagen casing, Smoked.
