Paczki Preorders are Back!

There's nothing quite like authentic Paczki (poonch-key) and Fat Tuesday is nearly upon us. This quintessential Polish pastry is a popular annual tradition here in the Midwest where Polish communities thrive in the Metro Detroit area, Hamtramck most notably. Traditional paczki are made from a much richer dough than your average doughnut, deep fried, then dusted with sugar or icing. There are a wide variety of fillings available (even a cannoli filling, a must try).  If you've never tried one, there's no time like the present! If you have had paczki before, you owe it to yourself to preorder our authentic Hamtramck style paczki this year. Paczki are available for online preorders now by the dozen, ½ dozen, and even individual paczek.
