Filets of Atlantic Salmon are gently poached in a savory blend of crisp white wine, fresh squeezed lemon with accents of bay leaf and fresh dill. A perfectly cooked filet that is both healthy and flavorful. The crisp wine, tangy lemon and complex notes of dill combine to elevate the salmon to an entirely new level.
